The original vision of El Paraiso Verde was a self-sufficient community of alternative thinkers, based on the principles of living that you are familiar with. Due to the events you know, this original vision faded into the background.
The experiences of recent years have taught us that we can only move forward through cooperation and unity. To reunite, we are now focusing on reshaping the heart of our community according to these original principles.
Therefore, many settlers have decided to put this vision into action.
This implementation has a name: PIRATAVA
Our initial projects have already been successful.
Our self-sufficient community, Piratava, is being established in the northern part of the former El Paraiso Verde. There, you'll find a primeval forest, a tree nursery, a garden, agricultural production, a mini-market, a restaurant, a café, a library, and much more. Together with the associated pastures and grasslands, it encompasses nearly 1,000 hectares.
Settlers are taking over these areas, and YOU are invited to take over areas or participate in the takeover process.
Specifically: if you have experience running a café, an organic farm, or a truly alternative school, please get in touch.
No matter how you are interested in helping build our community, please contact us at info@piratava.com
Contact us, rent one of our 80+ rooms (with or without a kitchen) at PIRATAVA, get to know our community, and then decide if you'd like to help us turn our vision into reality.

Our newsletters are written by us—the settlers—and are separate from information about the former El Paraiso Verde. Therefore, subscribe to the Piratava newsletter NOW to stay informed about how the future of our community is being shaped by us settlers. Here's the link:
