RESTORING THE REPUTATION OF ERWIN AND SYLVIA ANNAU
It took 18 months. Far too long for the El Paraiso Verde project...
On September 15, 2025, expert opinion No. 48/2025 from the Directorate of Forensic Laboratories of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Paraguay, Asuncion, was handed over to the Public Prosecutor's Office in Villarrica.
The expert appointed by the criminal court, Lic. María González, presented the expert opinion in connection with the criminal proceedings against Juan Joaquín Buker and 12 of his accomplices for fraud, embezzlement, betrayal of trust and forming a criminal organization.
This expert opinion finally proves WHO took money from RELJUV S.a.e.c.a. without authorization.
The public prosecutor's office examined more than 5,000 documents, including all bank statements and checks (front and back). It checked signatures and also the facts reported.
The individuals who withdrew cash from RELJUV using checks issued by the former president of RELJUV without the knowledge of the board members are listed with their ID numbers.
This statement: “Without the knowledge of the board members (founders)” has now also been proven beyond doubt. The public prosecutor's office has checked all the “Acta del Directorio.” These are the board minutes. In these minutes, the checks would have had to be listed regularly (at least monthly, given the number of checks per week), justified, and then signed by all board members. There are no such “Acta del Directorio.” This finally refutes all conspiracy theories, lies, smear campaigns, and other claims to the contrary.
The ID card numbers are currently being evaluated by the public prosecutor's office. It is interesting to note that the two ID card numbers of the founders are not among them (they knew nothing about it either).
