We are pleased to announce that all unencumbered land parcels of the El Paraiso Verde project have been successfully sold to a renowned, internationally active developer of ecovillages.
With this strategic step, the active development of the El Paraiso Verde project by us, the founders and the Annau family, is FINISHED.
RELJUV S.a.e.c.a. will act exclusively as infrastructure contractor for the new project developers for at least 12 months. We, the founders and board members of RELJUV, will focus entirely on securing the long-term future and further development of the company, preserving jobs, and constructively and appropriately addressing the challenges left behind by the previous management.
For the foreseeable future, our team consisting of RELJUV employees and a few settlers will continue to be your point of contact.
The ARCHE NOAH newsletter will be discontinued with this issue. The new project developer will keep you informed about news from their side directly via their own newsletter.
The “Barrio Cerrado Paraiso Verde” condominium will remain in place. The basic principles of our community and our way of life will therefore remain unchanged. The vision of this wonderful and unique project will continue to exist.
We would like to thank everyone who has supported us, helped us, and sent us so much positive energy over the past nine years.
