In the fall of 2016 Dr. Erwin and Sylvia Annau purchased 3964 acres of barren grass land near the small town of Caazapa in Paraguay with a vision in mind. The creation of a community of free thinkers, bound together with the common goals of living a life in dignity, with love and mutual respect, where everyone can grow spiritually and find their own path to reach their full potential and unity with the divine. People who think with their hearts......
El Paraiso Verde stands strong for family values, for the right to bear arms and for autonomy in healthcare and education.
The vision and community are loved by many. The community’s clear and proud stance against the plandemic, against involuntary measures, and against the perversions common now in western culture made it and its founders fast targets for vicious attacks from early on.
But, believing in their project, and conquering numerous obstacles, the founders have now created a community with currently over 120 houses on 70 miles of streets. Families and singles from all over the world (11 different countries at the moment) have made El Paraiso Verde their home, with about 250 full time residents and many part time residents and visitors. The mainly German and English speaking community features a hotel, a school, a kindergarten, a restaurant, a café, a market, a library fully equipped with a performance stage, recreational facilities including a gym, playground, soccer and volleyball fields, nature trails, many lakes for swimming, and much more.
But it is not finished, El Paraiso Verde has entered into a new era. Homes are continuously being built, the planned waterways and digging out the 1 million cubic meters for the rest of the lakes is scheduled. The almost complete infrastructure will enable the build of about 1500 homes on almost 2000 titled lots. Pueblo Carmelita – the planned artisan village – will be comparable to Carmel in California or Buzios in Brazil. A place to stroll, shop, relax, and enjoy.
The ultimate goal of El Paraiso Verde and its founders is to become an international hub for the study and realization of alternative health care, alternative energy and alternative agriculture. An independent university is envisioned, and lands for this project have already been allocated.
People of all ages, backgrounds, and religious and philosophical beliefs rooted in Christian or Asian ideology, as well as just “normal” folks like you and me who have the wish to live in a safe community with open-minded people with clean air, clean water, clean food and enjoy life, are welcomed to come, exchange ideas and create!
People from all over the world will flock to El Paraiso Verde to see how a community can function with less than sixty pages of rules while western countries need sixty pages in one bill of law alone.
El Paraiso Verde will be the model for future communities based on mutual trust, respect and the deep spiritual relationship of awakened people living together in peace and harmony.
